Having a great place to live that you own is great but really you can't attach a price to that.

I’ve done 85-90% LTV seller finance to move a property we’ve owned or get a higher price.  

I have done a lot of rental assistance and section 8 for my own rentals!

I ended up leaving and sourced my own VAs off of Upwork.

Create a team of skilled agents, lenders, attorneys, and contractors, network with local communities, and evaluate transactions with resources such as Zillow and Redfin.

A good PM can steer you to the areas that perform the best and are in the most demand.If you rely on a sales agent, they may not have any idea what makes a good rental and could steer you in the wrong direction.
