Good Morning,I have been researching an abandoned property next store to a rental I purchased and was able to locate the family of the previous owner.

I have a 10x20 garage rented to a guy that is storing personal property:  tools, furniture, books, clothing, etc. 

Making things as EASY as possible will pay off in spades (why do so many people buy things on Amazon when it’s available locally or even for less on other online stores- they make it TOO easy to buy!!!)

The second tenant has a bunch of stuff he wants to store in the garage which we are not obligated to do nor was it in the ad (but we are nice.)

Focus on anyone who stores inventory or prepurchases raw materials for manufacturing.  

Purchase price: $420,000 Cash invested: $300,000 I bought the town of Pray, MT which includes a defunct general store/post office, a 2500 sq.ft. house, hookups for 4 trailers, and a functioning post office which pays rent, on 5 acres.

Currently I have found  HUD Home Store which seems reliable, but inventory is incredibly low (which is understandably a good thing).

She says that the workers asked her to move her stuff (not true) and she wanted store her items in there.

I tried to download it but could not find it in my app store.
