Hey Sam,I would go onto airbnb and vrbo and look what similar STR in your are are priced - as that is how you'll be compared by the consumer.I have numerous STR's in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and don't do the cleaning, but I do that laundry, make all the beds and do all the bookings and it's A LOT of work.
