I used to give checks for folks to bid.. if they did not use them I charged them 250.00 for the use of a few hundred grand for the day...

If I were to sell I would most likely break even or lose a few grand.

I literally spend maybe, grand total, of an hour or less a year on my properties and they all cash flow great.
