Sewer company is overcharging me

Hey guys,  I am a beginner investor and I bought my first single family property which is now rented and there is a sewer problem which the company is charging $650, just to do a hydro scrub. Is that the normal price for a hydro scrub? Is there any reasonable recommendations? The property is located in farrell pennsylvania.

I've found it's often cheaper to call a roto-rooter company rather than a full service plumber for drain/sewer issues. Out here we have a company called $99 rooter that will come out and do a basic job or a scope for, yes, $99. Of course, if it's something other than just a simple blockage or there is damage to the line it will cost more

I've never heard the term hydro scrub.
