My mentors back in the day used to do a cash out refi on an investment property with high equity and purchase more so I just started exploring that option but the mortgage broker I’ve used before just told me you can’t do cash out refi on investment property anymore.

I have 7 units in Jacksonville FL zip code 32254.There are areas where things are rough and areas where it is okay.It is really hard to determine if $57,000 is a good price or if you are overpaying.If you never been to Jacksonville, I would suggest spending $500 on a round-trip flight and hotel for 3-4 days to explore the city.
