Small 925 SqFt Home with small master bedroom flip - help needed!

I am considering purchasing a small flip in the southern Florida area and am concerned with the size of the master bedroom. The room is roughly 140 sqft with an attached bathroom that only fits one sink. The comps in the area are all over the place ranging from $200K to $330K. I am worried the bedroom will be a deterrent due to the size. Any thoughts from anyone on this would be helpful. Thank you!
