Handing out business cards, or the like?

It was my first one, about 9-10 people there and we kind of just talked and shared business cards.

His problem now is that he has run out of money to fix his house up completely and the bank will not allow him to do a refinance because his debt to equity ratio is too high from having put everything on credit cards and personal lines of credit.  

Tell them you're looking for a long-term rental, say five years.  

Is it wise to send out post cards if i don't have a website (squeeze page) to send them to.  

Yes, I have other deductions, but there are some months I pay five figures in tax withholdings and I'd rather have some of that money in my pocket NOW.

@Justin Kovach - IMO one of the postings should be a document establishing that you are starting the five days of being unable to contact tenant, and you should photograph that posting; and when photographing a posting, it has been suggested to get the hard copy of the daily newspaper into the photo showing the date as well, to establish that you did not in any way falsify the date.

I like the security of a longer term, but if I 'm going to refi within five years, I would go with the lower rate.  

I did a quick search and it looks like there is a county site:http://www.assessor.shelby.tn.us/content.aspxIf that doesn't work call the office and they should be able to tell you the info or send you a copy of the "Field Card" which normally would show the number of families. 

., it sounds like a decent deal to me except for the $0 cash flow for the first five years.
