I have my inspection contingency, but I need to review the verbiage because it appears as though only if seller defaults do I get my down back, but if I terminate the seller keeps my down...Any advice on verbiage in buyers favor?

chevis, just goes to show you that there are always opposing views. while you think it is a bad thing to take religion out, i favor it. not going to get into a debate on here, but i think that's what makes our country great. that we can have different views and neither one of us gets harmed for expressing them :)

Thanks, after doing some research I see the #'s aren't as favorable as I thought, with the 50/2 rule, I am in MA so very few houses fit this mold, but maybe by year's end if the market continues to dwindle there will be some good housesI also see I have overshot the amount of money that a rental investment would bring in, talking only about $100-$200 in profits / month, vs what I assumed would be closer to $700-$800.
