We do extensive six figure rehabs on buildings 100+yrs old 2.

It’s almost as if the rear half was being used by the occupants of the home at the back as an “extension” to their yard.The survey shows the boundaries as expected and also shows the fence on the lot.Should I be worried about buying something like this?

I did extensive renovations.

We are contemplating selling the old building (with the 5 tenants) and just keeping the new extension.

I am new to real estate and even though I researched tenant/landlord relations extensively before I bought this house I feel like I havent followed what I learned on this site and various books and am already getting into a bad tenant situation.

Has anyone found a crm with customizable clickable extensions?

From what he has told me, the only issue he has had with them is that some have extensive due diligence processes which could potentially be frustrating of getting approval from them to fund. 

when I go there I just walk the mall for the 40 minute charge and get some exercise  :)   its all good.. we have travelled so extensively through out the years I really don't have the yearning like I used to..

Nobody knows when there will be a correction and how extensive it will be, buy when you find the right deal that fits your investment criteria.  

Crowdstreet did an extensive background check (criminal, civil lawsuit, bankruptcy, FINRA, etc), even our banking relationships we're scrutinized, they will check your references (legal, current investors, etc) and as others said here, they also checked our track record.
