None of my prior insurance providers would insure for a weekly rental or mixed use property at the shore, so the local insurance provider was a huge help with this as well. 

It also has been a positive thing for other landlords when their tenant from eight years prior calls and is ready to pay their debt. :-)

Tenant found this 2 ft piece of  plastic coving loose and behind it the sheet rock was discolored and had some signs of mold,,, she called out mold inspector, didn't mention it prior to notifying me, I had to pay for that test..test came back within normal limits, but suggested the dry wall be removed and coving replaced.
