Travis Slusher if you're truly looking for a paid mentor (regardless of exactly how you're paying), you'll need to post an ad in the Marketplace forum.But I would encourage you to spend you time reading here and asking questions before you start spending big bucks on a mentor.

It is very encouraging and motivating at the same time to be part of a team and community of real estate agents and share knowledge, experience, and wisdom that I learn with them.

It's encouraging to see people go for their goals and have a plan in the process.

It is encouraging as I believe that eventually this will result in more first time homebuyers that are fed up with paying the level of finances for a property that is not theirs.

oh ok cool. that's encouraging to hear. i have no undergrad debt so the thought of it is intimidating especially when i hear about people not being able to pay it back.
