@Brenda Henry from a functional perspective, the most important thing you can do is make sure they have the phone number and email you want them to use.

I grew up on the Northside and that was my only reason to ever be over there.It's next to Braddock and most folks rarely mention "Braddock" without saying "warzone", so I would imagine it would be a high risk play to invest in Rankin.

Advertise it everywhere, FB, CL, emails to buyers of this type of property, friends, family... obviously make sure you are advertising it legally.

That's a hard one, I can't imagine asking realtors to provide you evidence that you've been to viewings with them.

However, its not clear on HOW I should inform them..Via mail, via email?

I do hear people recommend this and I tried to email/call them and I've had no response despite multiple opportunities to reach out to them.

Wondering if we keep the properties, will it result in more of a loss in the long run with constant outgoings for repairs and empty properties.I have no idea on that as I know next to nothing about Indianapolis or Jacksonville but I imagine you will continue to have some issues.I would find a good realtor to provide you comps for the area of where you’re at and then make a decision.
