Hi BP Community, As I'm preparing for my first itemized tax return, I'm realizing that I need more efficient methods to track expenses.

I am thinking they are not very energy efficient and they use a lot of wood.... 

I plan to walk through the properties, but want to efficient with my time, and realtors time, and do what filtering I can.

I find that we can't do it as efficiently as a title abstractor can.I see no reason to research the title status if the owner is not motivated.
