@Mindy Jensen Most of the counties in Marlyand have a landlord/tenant handbook that can be downloaded on the county website.  

Preferably a program that allows you to connect to bank accounts and credit cards and download transactions easily, and preferably something that can connect multiple accounts for multiple entities.I know Quickbooks online has this feature but it seems a little pricey.  

paid $199 for 3 day weekend.even that cost was not worth my time - no refreshments, no handouts or downloads,they advised u are not able to record or photograph. 

Can you suggest any resources where we can some downloadable versions.

You keep power on, smoke detectors that aren't battery operated will need to be active.The cost for power in the unit will be minimal you can unplug fridge, leave door propped open.Call your utility company, you should be registered as landlord for the property and in between tenants the power is reverted back to owner.You may be able to download the forms from your power company and or fill in online, or fax, each time a tenant moves in and when they move out.

I have already began taking some courses on TD ameritrade's website, I opened a brokerage account and downloaded thinkorswim(trading program), and I have been observing stocks and messing with trendlines and different forms of analysis.
