Ideally I'd prefer refi w/cash out but I'm hoping to use the HELOC to get started in that direction.

Because of this, I will either be able to roll over my pension for discounted stock options in the new company or roll over into a self directed IRA or cash out with penalties.

Unlike most my age, i know that i don’t know everything, so I am actively looking for mentors that could point in the right direction and help me avoid common pitfalls that most beginners make.

Hi Everyone,I am a new investor that has recently started a direct mailing marketing campaign and wanted some insight from other investors.I am located in the north suburbs of Chicago and send out my mailers about every 3 weeks. 

tried to delete - posted multiple times in error.  can't find "delete" button for posts tho.

I personally process owner direct deposits twice a month, the 15th and then again around the 20th for anyone that moved in late or late rents received.

We appreciate any referrals or direction in advance. 

I read about direct mail but I wanted to have more experience before I went knocking doors down.
