Bad news for brick and mortar stores, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE being able to browse on Amazon and have almost any book I see on my Kindle in seconds.So, David, if you can figure out how to give your employees access to some book/news service, I do think its a good investment.

George has some good points -- in the future, you should ask this question, as a seller who has representation will be required to pay commission regardless of how the buyer is found (in most cases).The bad news is that yes, you will have to work through the agent to buy the property.

People are losing their jobs, listening to the news (chicken littles), or are simply looking to cash out...selling would mean losing your shirt and pants and frankly the lending climate isn't what it once was...so the number of potential buyers is not there.
