I am also interested in attending REI meetings in order to network as I presume it would be a great way to gain valuable information and key networking opportunities with some local buyers and investors as well as other wholesalers in my market.

And I much appreciate the meetup information - I don't think I would've come across it otherwise, and I'm planning to attend.

There is a lot of information you can read all about buying for X and wholesaling it for Y with your profit being the difference. 

The data is publicly available information, so not sure what they did to manipulate it into it's current form. 

Zillow and Trulia are full of worthless information.

As long as you always do your own due diligence and make an informed decision, wholesalers can and do bring a lot of value and savings to the table.
