when dealing with NPN seems to me.pretty straight forward.1. get them paying  ( what most want to happen.)2. resell like Account Closed is talking about.. and what many do in some form or fashion be it JV  or funds or whatever.3. foreclose and wholesale4. foreclose and retail.. 5.

It’s not going to get better on its own and you don’t want to have to deal with clogs and such moving forward.
