Kind of a 2-part question, but both are concerning what I've been running up against lately while putting in offers (more-so than usual it seems).1.

one had no problem and the other went out and got a dog the next week.We have had prospective tenants with small kids not want to move in because of the dogs - but that was never a concern for us

I also know that I need to know how much is on the property as far as the amount of mortgage and equity is concerned.

Going back to college has definitely made me rethink my thought patterns and behaviors concerning money.I like learning about opportunities I never was aware of before.

@Henry - Agreed about the good investment, but my concern is the issue of getting the permit for the revised 4bedroom layout (usually if 2 bedroom single story is remodeled with 4 bedrooms without expansion, it's very likely that it violates the code).
