Hey biggerpockets community,I just finished my 60 hour education requirement to take my Real Estate exam in Pennsylvania.

In addition to education and tests, the broker's license requires a minimum of 2 years full time experience ... hmmmm, I wonder why, well, I'll tell you, it's because you don't know what your are doing for at least that period of time and can get yourself in trouble, maybe longer, maybe never.As a broker myself, with no agents at this time, I understand the difficulties. 

I would caution you to get educated on what you are doing so you can fully understand what is going on here before proceeding with this transaction...You say the park will make money.  

The tenants were already 3 months behind rent and at the tail end of the eviction process.I told the attorney that I could not believe that a professional person of their education and standing was actually representing scam artists.

IMO, nailing small lenders will be more profitable than workmen's comp claims or social security disability claims, which have limitations.The CFPB also as an education department, once that is in place they will begin public information activities.

I need to find a place to live so I can then focus on my REI education.  

This is a great educational site and resource site.  

I have heard that buyers are more educated today than before, and will consider it a negative if the cabinet boxes were constructed from pressed wood.What are your experiences?
