Washington and Sherman is rough but there are a few streets that are better to be on and have character. 

Hi Mitch,we will be visiting Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco.I know that this trip will be more for vacation and so on but over all I´m planing to get in touch with locals and share some information.To be fair I have not a specific state or city where I´m looking to invest so far.

I own a 3 unit and it's about a 15 minute (20 minutes in bad weather) drive which isn't too bad but I am wondering on the timing of when I should go to shovel and salt.I don't mind going once in the morning and once in the evening, but I'm trying to avoid going more than I have to.Should I keep an eye on the forecast for that location and try and go when the snow lets up to make the most of my trip?

One of the tenant’s guests trips and falls, they can sue the renter’s insurance company instead of yours, the owner.

Someone could have easily been hiding in the stairwell or could trip and fall and hurt them selves navigating the antiquated stairwell in the pitch black.When returning from the grocery store in the pitch black, i tripped on the stairs and broke about $20 worth of glass bottles and was lucky to not hurt myself. 

Had to replace carpet because it got so worn it became I tripping hazard.

I know we are never more than 4 or 5 in a group for winter sport trips.

I know that once I am actively investing all these types of trips are tax deductible, but if I do not currently have any, can I still write it off?  

This avoids a trip to measure, a trip to order and pick up the flooring, and a trip back to cut it in and install.

This will probably be during long road/airplane trips over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.
