Debt ceiling?

Make sure to check basement ceilings and the feasibility of adding egress windows in basement.

My W-2 paycheck is constant but with a ceiling and real estate investing is not as secure in terms of getting paid on a routine basis but the ceiling is endless.

I don't think rent prices are going to soften in my market but I think we're getting close to bumping on the ceiling because there's only reasonably so much rent people can afford before they either buy or just stay in their parent's basement. 

These things have a "service life".In this "business" it is wise to have cash reserves to cover large expenses, and avoid losing your renter, and being left with a non-rentable home.What will you do, if the roof shingles blow off in the next storm and the ceiling is leaking buckets of rainwater onto the renters head?

Mold in a back wall and the best for last, the second bathroom in the basement and actually the whole basement has a 5 foot ceiling height (must of had some little people back in the 50's when this was built).

Not sure of their algorithm but we do things like bulk appliances, large orders of flooring, ceiling tiles if we have a dropped ceiling, Sheetrock, showers, tubs, sinks, etc. the more you buy the more you save usually.
