Depending on the property Offerpad can give a very competitive bid to very low bid. 8% service fees and the dings on repairs.These companies are the ultimate wholesalers squeezing out 4-5% a property on 100's of millions dollars is not too bad  Zillow is still behind the eight ball but will catch up shortlyi do not know why there seems to be such incredulous indignation about theses companies .

In order to do an active monitoring system i'd have to install cable/net there which is an expensive addition plus even if i saw someone doing something I doubt the cops could/would get there to catch them 3.
