Greetings BP community,

This would be a long-distance investment which I haven't done before so I'm interested in opinions on whether the value is worth the effort. Does anyone have any thoughts? Current occupants are paying $650/month per unit, Rentometer says median is $710 so I'm estimating this deal using median rent versus current rent after a few thousand invested in improvements. Waiting to speak to the selling agent on any expected/known repair requirements. other than that, thoughts?
