RI is one of the states where the population has been declining for years and for good reason.

It will likely take some arduous searching & a stack of declined offers along the way, but hopefully I’ll eventually locate one!

Also, what happens if the property values decline and you put 100,000 in the property is only worth 300,000.

If the markets fall/rents collapse, they'd have to fall below $1140/month (30% decline) before I start having to put my own money into the mortgage.

And my answer to them over and over is an emphatic no.Don't buy into the simple-minded analysis that our housing market is on steep decline.

We manage 17 MTRs in Los Angeles and haven't seen any decline in travel nurses in 2022.

A drop in the market values (which are coming now), or a decline in rental values (which are happening now), or tenants that can't pay or won't pay (will happen if unemployed).  

Am I supposed to actively select "Decline application" and a reason why?
