You can give better direction to the people you are hiring if you have actually done the task yourself.

Look for places with lots of people wanting to rent, areas growing fast, and schools that are top-notch.

So needless to say that I need the rents coming in. my problem that I have is that one of my first tenants brings his girlfriend over every night and they argue by slamming doors and disturbing my other tenants.
