Just wanted to see some different points of view on it. it is not right or wrong answer but whether it's profitable or not + reward/risk scenario for an individual/group.The thing about investment is that, until we apply it, there're just toooo many mine trap, things that we don't know may kill us or wipe out our energy/financial.

Now different states have different requirements on slip joints and solvent welded joints and clean outs, but I solvent weld all joints except the minimum you need to take the p-trap apart.

@Brian Larson consider me biased (Vallejo born) but I LOVE what Vallejo has to offer not only as an investor (flipped a home in college park in 2019) but as far as an economic development hub that will continue to grow (namely the development at Mare Island) I just listed a home for sale in Vallejo that is going to sell 65k over asking within hours of it being listed, the market is BOILING and Vallejo is no differnet
