There are of course other ways to get real estate financed (private investors, hard money lenders, etc), but you need to make sure you fully understand these methods and the risks associated with them.It sounds like you are really serious about investing in real estate, so I would spend some time on BP in the forums, blogs and listening to the podcasts and start to come up with a business plan.

Yes, it may come with some headaches as I am facing so many challenges in decision making what is the best way to do it but if there are no challenges then there is no fun.Currently am learning how to open up a youtube channel, starting a general life blog, trying to lose weight, learning to eat healthily, create a zen circle of positive friends.

@Maritsa Cortes Here are my $.021) Start with plan for your investing business2) Read the blog posts on house hacking right here on BP 3) Educate yourself on financing options/ choose the one that suits you4) Check your credit report for inaccurate info5) Become an expert in the market and the different areas that you wish to invest inIf you check all of these off the next step would be to assemble a team (Realtor, lender, contractor etc) and start hunting for the house you'd like to hack.
