I believe and have been told by numerous investors that if you are able to find a good deal, everything else will follow.

The contractor was terrible to work with and hard to get ahold of. we finally got on his schedule and he pushed us back day after day with a new excuse each time. finally, he came and did the project which took much longer than he said it would. after he finished, he sent the bill for $3,874.

They will pay their utility bills (and sometimes non-living bills like Netflix and Amazon) before they pay you because they know that you give them months to pay and are 'understanding'.2.

Obviously, you want to get things rolling through the LLC right away though, so if the accounts are open why not have the LLC start receiving money and paying bills?
