Every time we have a 1-2 bedroom apartment and it goes on section 8's website(SoCal) we get 20-40 calls within 48 hours. 1/3rd of them are from homeless programs.

I should mention that its a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo, approx. 1,200 SF.I was thinking around 15% +/- as well, I just didn't want her to be insulted since we never really discussed the matter.

Several reasons I am considering student housing is 1) the unit I’m considering renting to is large. 4-5 bedrooms.

It has two 2 bedroom units upstairs, and then the walkout basement currently has another 2 bedroom unit it half.
