New builder developments have sprouted up and are being built faster than I can keep track of, mostly single family homes starting at $300k and mostly on parcels of at least 10-15 acres, they don't bother with smaller neighborhoods. 

Some of us are discussing at the sells to foreclose faster....2-3 years. 

So if you are comparing it against a conventional loan....then the HML will close faster but it will carry a higher rate. 

Please elaborate.Able to multiply properties faster so I can buy larger apartment buildings and complexes.  

I chose to go a few dollars cheaper and rent my place faster.

The larger multifamily deals allow you to bring in other investors, which in turn, allows you to scale faster.

But there is no faster way to build wealth. 

They can find the gems faster than anyone.

Things are moving faster now but I have more systems, contacts and resources in place that took a while to get.
