If you're not afraid then you aren't thinking big enough- Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Then once you've saved enough money, buy another multi family property with about 25% down, again leveraging low interest rates and other people to pay your mortgage.Don't be afraid of portfolio lenders that don't require income tax information or W2's.

Cold-calling is never fun but many people never do it because they're so afraid of rejection so the fact that you're using the method to get deals at 21 is awesome!
