I'd recommend you set appointments between normal business type hours,, 9 am to like 6:30 pm for showings, Monday - Saturday.

The university is supposed to be growing a lot and has a 20 by 20 initiative set in place (20 thousand students by the year 2020) and currently has only around 14 thousand.
