Once they are all set up, the only thing you have to do as a seller is collect a check each month.

Checking a few competing sources on a daily basis including the MLS.2.

Its tough to say without having any frame of reference for your file, but if its not too much trouble, I would provide it and let them just check a box.

It's nearly a full time job between marketing, deal finding, closing, inspecting, getting a lender, meeting contractors, checking in on the property, getting it finished on time and getting it sold.

Last two years of tax returns, credit check, pay stub, etc.

I think this mainly because out of state investors need to be kept in check.

I'm thinking of adding check boxes for repairs, general inquiries, and other things so the email gets cc'ed to the repair man or other relevant parties.

Additionally, laws can change, so check with local authorities for the most up-to-date information.
