They don't have any ability to withdraw from the account (unless the teller initiates fraud) and in any case we bounce payments out of the account electronically as they are made.

That can work, but you'll pay yourself dividends by shortcutting the process and borrowing your trusted vendor's team AND they will work better together.When I have a new client come in and tell me "here's my lender, and for inspections I've got this person, etc" it's doable, but it is slow and we're not as efficient at making magic as we could be.

That being said, it depends on where you are - I would expect in rural area to be slow all year long, while in a busy city to matter little when you list.

@Kevin Lefeuvre actually, for me, when I collect a security deposit I get it in my account and then when I refund after the stay it withdraws from my account and Yapstone credits back the fee.
