Personally, I view those calls as a chance for you to determine if the firm has experience with client types such as yours and whether you're a good fit for their practice, and vice versa.I'd take with a grain of salt any advice that a CPA or attorney is willing to give out on a 30 minute introductory call to a non-client after a bird's eye view of their facts and circumstances.

Yes, they are all smart and generally knowledgeable, but outside their scope of practice I would take their opinion with a grain of salt and seek more information before deciding.

Gives a little rougher footing for traction and the darker color absorbs heat and melts the ice at higher temperatures.Normally we use Coarse Salt crystals or Solar salt.

I looked into doing it on my own, and If I could have figured out how to scale appropriately with having a huge staff maybe I wouldn’t have joined but after an hour of looking into how to create a yellow letter I was confused if I had to seal it or not!

I cant imagine a situation where you would be in trouble over asbestos in the joint compound only(because it is sealed), except when you go to sell (disclose to buyer) or take on a big remodel (tearing out walls).I think it is reasonable to include the cost of remediation by a professional company (shockingly expensive to do by the book) in your negotiations on price, as the next buyer will likely do it to you.
