I am familiar with this language and it will be very easy to satisfy these Fannie/Freddie requirements. 

If that is not enough to satisfy the judgment then they will go after your other exposed assets.That is rather simplified but you get the idea.

Maybe that's something you could look more into specifically - a residential multi-family unit that satisfies the living situation and the desire for an investment property.Have you thought about that? 

Most likely nothing would satisfy them unless you closed shop and if the local ordinances are behind me, they can complain all they want.
