My goal is commercial REI .Im just not sure how to get into my 2nd investment  to commercial multi unit property as a self employed.

Buy a home- ideally a duplex or triplex, the more units the better.

Hello all,I’m planning on building an SB9 unit on my existing single family home lot and wondering if anyone knows how that affects the title or deed of trust?

I am open to an FHA loan or house hacking and living in one of the units.

We manage a couple of units and it is very difficult as the units are nothing that stands out. 

However, this risk needs to be weighted against other risks of managing properties remotely since doing it from ON has its own issues (can't do even smallest of repairs on your own, can't check on the condition of the units, can't even show them to tenants in person to evaluate those tenants when you are first renting to them, etc).

People in this park range from using the land for manufactured homes and or park model rvs and fully movable units.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

I know this fluctuates, but just want to see what other people are getting loan wise for a loan on multifamily over 5 units?
