I believe they are Lowes in house brand.I use the same lights in 21.65 inch, item #0442144 with 2400 lumens in my garage and back patio.The line is dimmable and great with a LED compatible dimmer switch.They are fairly cheap in my opinion, especially if you're replacing the fixture anyways, and considering longevity of LEDs.

If you think you can still find a quality tenant at 2200 a month and it will not take you more then 1 month to find then advertise it at 2200. if after two weeks you are not getting quality applicants I would lower it.
