What are the terms of the loan (length?)  Is

After a lengthy back and forth with the tenant, we came to understand that the tenant's complaint was related to the tenant flushing the toilet twice in a row before the tank had filled (and thus, to the tenant's mind, the toilet wasn't working correctly).I'm sort of tired of being billed hundreds of dollars because my tenant doesn't understand how simple things work.

I had a client buy 4 properties this way....there is a rather lengthy waiting period (30-60 days) before you get the deed. 

Our average loan length is 5.25 months.

For peace of mind you can always sell the home with a termite bond.

You'd be like a Bond villain on that porch, lol.  

I don't live in that area, but I frequently attend the State Fair of Texas and other events in the area...including the annual Texas/OU football game at the Cotton Bowl Stadium.Dallas voters recently passed a new bond to invest additional moneys into the Fair Park to continue to have it serve as an attraction for in-town and out of town visitors.
