Some states have common law marriage , after so many years and kids , they could consider you married .Safest thing ....................stay single and keep it zipped up 

If so most buyers (and their home inspectors/lenders/fathers/brother in law that's a contractor,etc) want to see circuit breakers.

Of course you have heard the phrase "ignorance of the law is no excuse" You can certainly put it in your lease but you cannot enforce it.

@Nina Grayson CA laws may dictate something specific, but you need a contract between you and the "reverse wholesaler".  

Need to check the zoning laws of the neighborhood Also need to know the laws for running a boarding home, permits and licenses associated with them as well.
