Are there any small colleges or universities that may yield student rentals?

Thinking how my parents sacrificed everything so I could get a solid education without having to work a day during college because I was nose deep in Complex equations  of linear and nonlinear thermodynamics and chaotic flows", and couldn't sacrifice the time to work while studying!

Not knowing if you're getting an internal transfer is different from you having another job offer from a different company that you fully intend on taking in 6 months.

But there are still people who live there, even though the majority of high school and college graduates move away for jobs, these are not ghost towns people still live there and people still rent houses.Investors I've known have bought property in such places, and I've told them to expect no appreciation and expect that when you sell you'll get what you paid and little more.

I am currently attending college and working at the same time and have managed to save 30k thus far.
