If you guys don't mind, I'd like to share my own thoughts on this topic ;) This last spike of this discussion was inspired by a post from Paul F who attended a 3-day workshop and was very dissatisfied.

Coliving PM's also have other key advantages like: 1) getting away with charging less; 2) having multiple rent checks to one roof; 3) month to month leases to avoid eviction moratoriums; 4) and uniquely being able to give inspiring leadership and togetherness resources to their residents. 

As i mentioned - any inspiration to my REI Club back home is highly appreciated!
