It is a good and positive perspective that you mention around the inspections, as most just complain about the inconsistencies from one inspector to the next and the inspection fees that come when they send a person out.

Any recommendations for a professional home inspector in/near Kennesaw, GA?

Just got off the phone with a Hard Money Lender (BridgeWell Capital), and they told me it usually takes them a couple business days to get their inspector out there.

The first time the inspector came, he said we didn't pull permits on certain work we did in the attic; when my GC when originally for the project to get permits for everything else, they said he didn't need it b/c he wasn't moving sheetrock.

Our inspector recommended we have the foundation looked at because the kitchen is obviously unlevel.

An inspector who is working for the seller is working for someone who really doesn't want them to find defects.

However, if your inspector discovered there's knob and tube electrical or asbestos or plumbing issues those are all very costly and not obvious during a viewing and you could easily back out of the deal.
