I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a quality home inspector in Colorado Springs, Colorado? There are older postings out there, however I wanted to see if there is more recent recommendations.

Lance at A Precise Home Inspection ( https://www.aprecisehomeinspection.com/about-us/ ) was pretty great.    Super reasonable and prints the report right at the house.
