I couldn't imagine life without instant MLS access to jump on new deals and easily analyze properties.

Hey, everybody...I sort of tripped into the world of virtual real estate investment, and my imagination has been sparked like no other pursuit I've ever engaged in, and my thirst to make a great living in this gigantic marketplace of opportunity is driving me to reach out and find whatever resources I can lay my hands on.

You always have to pay taxes (at 25%) on it, from my understanding.OP: I can't imagine that you would have to take the depreciation for the years that you are not renting it out, but I would talk to a CPA to be sure.  

I don't know the specifics of these requirements as relating to realtors, but I imagine they are along these same lines.

I would imagine with no MI, they are a little higher. 

As soon as something goes on the MLS, it becomes "on the market" and will be published within the next few days to every site imaginable.
