Another person posted a nice article/ flyer detailing this transaction.However I doubt any upREIT would take something this small.  

I do agree with the above posts about the enemy method.

First, your original post is an excellent and well thought out analysis.  

It is also obviously important to make sure the property is located in a good neighborhood.I am still over a year away from buying a property in Chicago, but I wanted to post here to get to know some people in the market and hear any advice/thoughts any people on here may have.

I'm curious, can we legally post, "No Sex Offenders" or perhaps should we just check the "Registered Sex Offenders" list?
