My tenant is clearing out right now, and at the rate he has been packing and moving, I think he will be gone within 24 hours.I'm tempted to throw an air tag on his car, so I can have knowledge of his new whereabouts for this purpose.

The response rate was great, and we ended up finding an older lady who was moving to a senior living facility and wanted to sell the house as-is with no contingencies.

Best guess of his reason for selling is that he bought it low and during covid, stuffed every unit and room with a tenant on a month to month basis and now wants to sell at the max price based on the comps of the area.

I'am considering these states as property tax and tax are low in the states and my husband did his graduation from Arizona and Nevada is closer to where i live and North Carolina is in my mind without any specific reason:) .
