If it is seller financed, you have no real estate agent fiduciary protection, so it is up to you to protect yourself.After all that, then, yes, work with an attorney on how you hope to close, LLC, trust, or in your name.

I dont know that I would give up the liquidity unless you also plan to recast the mortgage to lower your monthly payment (or can get a line of credit on the property to pull out the 60k equity from the cash).
